You are to be congratulated for your decision to purchase the finest drapery hardware components available. They are manufactured using the latest space age polymers along with precision stamped metal products. The polymers are formulated under exacting conditions for special purpose products and inhibitors are added for protection against ultra violet deterioration.

These parts are warranted to the original consumer for as long as they own the product!

To obtain service under this warranty simply return the product along with the original sales invoice to the place of purchase. You are responsible for all transportation charges. If the product is found to be defective we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If the product is discontinued then we reserve the right to substitute the equivalent in a new style product.

This warranty specifically excludes any liability whatsoever for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. The customer acknowledges the purchase price charged is based upon the limitations set forth in the warranty as stated above. Repair or replacement of the product is the sole remedy under this warranty and R-Equal will not be responsible for the costs associated with the removal, transportation or reinstallation of the product. Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
