How to Order

1. Quantity- Use quantity designation as specified in catalog such as each/ea. and feet/ft., etc.

2. Complete catalog numbers and finish (i.e., White, Zinc, etc.)

3. Include complete description of merchandise.

4. We no longer accept telephone orders, this prevents misunderstandings and errors.

5. October 1, 2026 Shipping Update

      Due to ongoing logistical challenges and the rising cost of freight and transportation, we have found it is necessary to adjust our free shipping policy. Effective October 1, 2026, the minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping will increase from $2,000 to $5,000.

      This decision was not made lightly. We have worked hard to absorb increasing shipping costs for as long as possible while continuing to provide the quality products and service you expect from us. Unfortunately, current freight expenses now require us to make this adjustment.
